Effective Customer transaction management allows you to track the complete history of transactions for any specific Customer. This consolidated view simplifies your operations and provides insights into individual Customer engagement.
Review Transactions at the Customer level
Navigate to the Customers tab and select the specific Customer from the grid.
The system redirects you to that Customer's individual Profile.
Depending on the data you need, select either the Payments or Payouts tab within the profile.
Review the transaction list in the grid. You can toggle between Test and Live transactions using the switch in the top right corner of the page.
Organise the data by sorting or filtering the transactions.
Click on any specific transaction to be redirected to the main Transactions tab, where the full details of all Payments and Payouts are maintained.
