What are the Organisation settings?

The Organisation settings section provides essential tools for creating and managing your Organisation in our system.

You can link multiple Organisations to a single account, manage your team, personalise your experience, and oversee operations all in one place.

Functionality overview

There are two ways to create an Organisation. The first is during account registration, when the system prompts you to provide Organisation details and start its setup. You can update most of this information later or right away.

The second method allows you to create an Organisation after logging into the system.

To grow your team, send invitations to your colleagues to join your Organisation. Once added, they become team Members in the system, each assigned a specific Role. Roles determine the Permissions and access each Member has to data and tools.

Before inviting new Members, review the available Roles and their access restrictions. You can also create Custom roles, defining their names and the scope of access.

Customise how your Organisation appears in the Dashboard. Upload an image to set a unique logo and icon for your Organisation. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and SVG, with a maximum file size of 1 MB. This helps make your Organisation easily recognisable to all Members.

To enhance security, you can enable Two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. Organisation Owners and Administrators have permission to turn on 2FA for Organisation members. If you hold one of these Roles, enable 2FA for yourself first, then require it for all Members.
