Manage Organisations
Managing your Organisations is key to maintaining a secure and organised workspace. If you are collaborating across multiple teams, the system provides several intuitive ways to view your Roles, join new teams, or manage existing ones.
Review Organisations
Via Organisation menu
Click the Organisation icon located in the top-left corner of the page.
Scroll down to the Manage Organisations option and select it to be redirected to the management page.
Review your access details, including the Organisation name, your assigned Role, and the 2F icon, which indicates if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for that specific Organisation.
Leave Organisation
On the Manage Organisations tab, select the specific Organisation you wish to depart.
Click Leave Organisation.
A confirmation modal appears. To proceed, type Leave into the required text field.
Once you leave an Organisation, the action is permanent and cannot be undone or rolled back.
After confirming, the system should return you to the Manage Organisations page. If the Organisation you left was your last remaining one, you should be automatically redirected to the login screen.
Accept or decline an Organisation invitation
Navigate to the Manage Organisations page.
Review the list of Organisations for any entries marked with a New invite tag. This tag indicates that a current Member has invited you to join their team.
Hover your cursor over the New invite tag to view specific details. From there, select either Accept or Decline.
If you click Accept, you immediately become a Member, and the Organisation should be permanently added to your list.
If you click Decline, the system removes the Organisation and the invitation from your Manage Organisations view.
