Edit Organisation profile

The Account profile settings tab is a key part of the Administration section. It allows you to update core Organisation information and review the related technical details. Tailor these settings to your business needs to make your Organisation profile clear, recognisable, and informative.

Who can make changes: Only the Owner and Administrator can edit Organisation information.

Viewers and Managers do not have access to the Account tab. To learn more about Organisation members and roles, see the Edit Permissions guide.

Update Organisation info

  1. To edit a Name, enter the needed data into the respective text field.

  2. To modify the Website, click on the corresponding text field and enter the relevant information.

  3. You can also add a Description of your Organisation. Type the information in the respective fields based on your needs.

  4. The fields that cannot be modified are the following:

  • The Reference ID field provides a custom ID you can use in your system.

  • The Created field specifies the exact time when the Organisation was created.

  1. To review the technical details, scroll to the Administration settings. The block includes an additional system ID that should be useful for developers.
