Manage Customer Profile
Once your Customers are created, their profiles are placed in the Customers tab, allowing you to manage and track their data flow efficiently.
Review and update Customer fields
Navigate to the Customers tab and select the specific Customer from the grid.
The system redirects you to that Customer's individual Profile.
In the Profile settings, you can review the About Customer section, which displays the Reference ID and the Date the profile was created.
Scroll down to the Information section to view Customer, Billing, and Shipping details. To modify these context fields, click Edit information.
You can update existing data by typing into the fields or adding new ones as required. If a field is no longer necessary, you may delete it. For detailed field specifications, refer to the Create a Customer guide.
When you click Add field, a modal appears where you can add a single field or multiple fields at once.
You can add up to 5 new fields per update, with a total limit of 10 additional fields per profile. If you need to add more than five at once, simply repeat the process.
Manage Customer Metadata
Navigate to the Customer profile settings and scroll down to the Metadata section.
You can add or modify Metadata specifically for that Customer.
Click Edit Metadata to make existing fields modifiable. If no metadata exists yet, click Add Metadata.
A modal appears where you can enter a specific Key and its corresponding Value. You can add multiple entries at once.
You can add up to 5 Keys per update. If you require more, simply repeat the process. Please keep in mind that the total limit for metadata fields is 10.
Once you have completed your updates, click Save changes.
