Create Manual Payout Request
A Payout Request is a procedure used to initiate a payout directly from the Dashboard. This process involves several configuration steps before the transaction is processed. It is highly recommended to perform a Payout Request in a test environment first to verify the workflow before going live.
Required Steps
To complete a payout, follow these instructions:
Navigate to Transactions > Payouts and click Create New request.
Select either the Test or Live Request type based on your current environment.
Test requests are safe for practice as no actual funds are moved.
Identify the Customer who should act as the Recipient of the funds.
Select existing
If you have already created one, you can add an existing Customer to the Request.
The system shows the Customer details card.
After applying a Payout method, the system adds a list of Payment accounts of your specific Customer. Thus, you can select a particular account or create a new one by clicking the respective options.
If you select an existing Payment account, the system fills in data into fields automatically.
If you create a new Payment account, the system adds the inline fields for you to fill in.
Create from fields
Create a new Customer if necessary by clicking Create from fields.
Enter the relevant data and metadata into the fields. You can also enter the Manual Origin Reference ID for your Customer.
No Customer
After selecting this option, the system allows you to proceed a Payout without creating a Customer entry.
Select your preferred Payout method.
Enter the Amount to be sent and select the Currency.
Click Start processing to finish.
