Sign-up modes

To get started with the product, first, you need to create an Account. We offer two sign-up modes to suit your preferences and needs. Additionally, the system automatically assigns you a unique Account ID. As for the structural peculiarities, one Account can be used across multiple Organisations.

Mode 1: Create an account with the Sign Up form

  1. To create an Account in our system, you need to enter your First and Last name, Email and Password in the Sign Up form.

Due to security reasons, your password should be longer than twelve characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

  1. Once your password meets the requirements, click Create account. You should receive a verification email shortly. Confirm it and log in using your credentials. Your Account is now activated.

  2. If your password is invalid or you are having trouble logging in, you can reset it. Click Forgot password?, enter the email linked to your account, and the system should send a password reset link. Set a new password and log in with your updated credentials.

  1. Next, create your first Organisation. You can do this immediately after setting up your account, using the form provided by the system. For detailed instructions, see the Create Organisation guide.

Mode 2: Sign Up via the invite

  1. To sign up using this mode, an Organisation Owner or Administrator who is already an active user should send you an invitation. To learn more about user Roles and their Permissions, see the Team Permissions guide.

  2. When you receive the invitation email, click Accept the invite. You get redirected to the Sign-up form, where your email is pre-filled. Simply enter your first and last name, set a password, and log in. Since the Owner has already created the Organisation, you just need to select the existing one.
